Our Story
Nestled in the heart of Sydney's Hills District, Achievers Academy is a reputed Tutoring College renowned for its personalised quality of teaching and mentoring.
Established in 2005, the Academy has been servicing the educational needs of students of Sydney from High School (Years 7-10), HSC (Years 11-12) and Tertiary (University and TAFE) Students.
Tutoring Courses at Achievers Academy aim at developing critical thinking, reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills in students.
Our insightful, detailed and structured approach to learning deepens students’ understanding and appreciation of the subject, giving them the confidence necessary to succeed and to stay ahead in school.

From January, 2020, Achievers started their 'Online Tutoring Division' along with their regular onsite classes.

Achievers Online classes have been hugely popular and the demand has been overwhelming - this is due to the fact that the quality and depth of teaching have not been compromised and have remained the same as the onsite classes and taken by the same trained Achievers tutors and teachers. Further, there is the added benefit of students studying from the comfort and safety of their own homes. No doubt students from all over the state now flock to enrol at Achievers Academy Online.

Our Founder
Kajal Sen, the Founder/Principal of Achievers Academy has a wealth of experience as an educationist, both at school, graduate and post-graduate levels. Her teaching career spans over 2 and half decades across 3 continents and 4 countries.
Beginning her academic teaching career at Mumbai University, she has been a teacher educator and research guide at post graduate levels in India and other universities around the world. She has always been very passionate about child and adolescent education and is a strong advocate of Special Needs Education; over the years she has taught and trained several hundred students and teacher trainees who have greatly benefited from her rich and varied experience.
Currently she is based in Sydney, Australia and she mentors and closely oversees the training of all the Academy's tutoring staff.

Our Approach

Since 2005, Achievers has always remained a trusted name in tutoring. We are well-known as a results-driven HSC tutoring centre in Sydney.
Small Group Learning
Our lessons are conducted in small groups which are best suited for self-paced learning, discussions, encourage peer interaction and student motivation.
Tutoring ranging from Years 7 - 12 as well as NAPLAN and Holiday courses
We have regular term programs for years 7 to 12. Our holiday programs are targeted programs for students who want to get a head-start and study during the holiday period. NAPLAN programs are special programs to help students to achieve high at the NAPLAN tests.
One on One Learning
Private 1-on-1 tutoring is available for HSC Special subjects where groups cannot be formed. Private 1-1 tutoring may also be considered in exceptional cases where the student has special needs that prevent them from being taught in a group learning environment.
Teaching Approach
Our unique approach is ‘Personalised Tutoring within a Small Group Environment’. All our lesson programs are personalised for each student within a group environment clarifying all concepts and filling in the gaps in their understanding.
Free Parent Consultation
Parents and teachers need to work collaboratively for the student’s overall academic progress. Parents can consult with the tutors and teachers to review their child’s achievements and share any concerns they may have
